Yeah regarding people complaining about the crowd today and with Outkast, that's just how a lot of festival crowds are with Hip Hop. If you look at a ton of youtube vids of rappers at these festivals thats how it is unless they really love you and know you like Kanye

as far as headliners maybe, but

-ferg put on a decent show imo (a lot of people really liked it)
-flatbush zombies put on a good show
-twitter loved kid cudi
-I think chance is performing tomorrow but there wont be a stream (he usually puts on a good show)

I watched some of these rock/pop/punk performances all day and some of their crowds just kinda stood there

I won't say its exclusive to hip hop
