Saw one stat that police are 6x more likely to be charged in shootings that are videotaped as opposed to shootings that are not. Since the vast majority of shootings weren't videotaped until recently, that means they were ducking charges over 80% of the time on that strength alone.

Being around the court system a lot in my younger days i noticed white people don't care about poor whites, rednecks, hillbillies, white trash.. They'll throw them in jail because they are an embarrassment to the white community but had this been some regular white folks they probably would have walked. I expected this..

I wish this was true

But the truth is the world isn't fair and people get away with doing terrible things every day. The only way justice happens if is people make it happen.


I'm glad these guys are going away but this is certainly the exception and not the rule. There are plenty of George Zimmermans walking around scot-free.
