if it wasnt for the hunt fight + weathering reem i'd be considering some sort of retirement talk. But i do find it weird the way no one is worried about his safety when you take account this/the hunt fight were back to back. But gsp receiving hits to the head in his last couple of fights after 3/4 of his career was spent on top of his opponent horizontally is just bizzare but we know why :mjpls:

Yeah they're gonna have to start thinking about his health for real. DC, 2 Cain fights, the Hunt back and forth brawl and now this Arlovski one can't possibly be good for his brain especially as a heavyweight

Didn't see any of the UFC fights, but watched WSOF. Marlon Moraes continues to be the most impressive fighter in that company, would love to see how he does against better competition. If WSOF and Bellator ever work together, him against Eduardo Dantas would be fire.

But on another note, I remember nikkas in here trying to hype up Big Foot as an impressive win on Cormier's resume :mjpls: now folks talking on him like he a scrub. what happened?
you new to mma duke? He was fresh off of beating fedor, it was a classic David v goliath match, we knew very little about Cormier at the time, and before that Bigfoot had never been dropped. His next fight after the Cormier one was the Cain drubbing I think those 2 fights may have caused irreparable damage

How many wins is Pitbull from a title shot though :skip:

Considering the HW division is :flabbynsick:, he is around 2 solid wins away from a title shot. Other than Stipe, that division has no contenders.

i haven't checked to see if it's there, but if you watch it let me know what you think.

Just watched it, dope fight. Great ground work shown by both fighters, Diaz was relentless/accurate with his GnP. Tibau still looked decently big at 170 :dwillhuh:

Ahh, that makes it seem cooler when put like that. I only watched strikeforce near the very end, other than that just Nick Diaz fights on youtube :yeshrug:

what site did u get the news from non of the top ones are reporting it breh maybe it was all a dream :youngsabo: @Los Pollos Hermanos
Nah, it was Sherdog (the forums).

Here's the link: http://www.bloodyelbow.com/2014/9/1...achida-open-to-fighting-jacare-souza-mma-news

Jorge Guimaraes: "Would you like to fight against Jacare."

Lyoto: "For sure, Jacare would be a great opponent, I have all the respect for him but I would like a lot to have the opportunity of facing him someday. I'm waiting the UFC to call me. If they ask me, I would accept at any time."

The UFC doesn't seem to be interested in matching up Lyoto Machida and Ronaldo Souza is the only noteworthy thing to take from that link
