His disclosed purses are way less than 5 mil. so tbh I'm surprised he's even making that much. That's probably with PPV points and all that stuff - definitely not guaranteed.

Zuffa sold UFC in 2016 for 4.025 Billion dollars. And fighters didn't even question it.
