Twood's desperation is kind of cringey......but I get it. He's not a draw and hes doing everything he can to get some type of money fight, to the point where he's even derailing conversations on UFC Tonight.

been feeling that way for the longest time.. Whats good for the goose unfortunately isnt always good for the gander, hes obviously aware of that so why keep stressing the issue..His strategic style has made it easy for fans to look for reasons to hate him, hes not a "character" thats in any way magnetic and then there is dana who is no fan.

If you need to keep saying you are looking for a money fight and there isnt anything on the horizon or looking remotely realistic you should probably quit while you are behind. Save face

UFC have no sway over the athletic commission unless they are holding an event outside the US and commissioning themselves. So either its Dana being dana or hes unwittingly admitting to ufc doing something illegal.

I think this is when the hardcores are seperated from the sheep. Even at this juncture (which i am sure cant get any worse) as bad as it is its basically gone the way of boxing. In the sense where we use to have 10 fights to look forward to each card now its just 1 or 2 if we are lucky.

Its a steep steep decline in the overall product but i dont know how one can not be enthusiastic about the sport when there is always a possibility of a ufcNY2, stipe/DC, DJ/TJ or Nunes/Cyborg down the line.

This lizard reminds me of josh gross and jake rossen, who 10 years ago (when the sport needed all the help it could get) would cover MMA like film critics

This article wasn't about MMA(sport), it was about the UFC, UFC not the only game in town. UFC by far has the best talent, but the real sheep are the people who give them a pass for watered down fight cards, too many PPVs, and bland production and presentation(not referring specifically to you). Rizin doesn't have a fraction of the UFC's overall talent, yet I enjoyed their year ending Grand Prix card more than anything the UFC put out outside of the MSG card. UFC gotta deliver a better product and sell their shyt better. Hell, Israel Adesanya is one of the most exciting talents they've acquired in years and up until about an hour ago they made zero mention of him on any of their social media that he was debuting this weekend. Stuff like that is what Wyman is talking about, what exactly are you selling these days?

Dana White is the problem

his own mom call him "egotistical, self-centered, arrogant, and cruel"
This aint zuffa, dana is a glorified prop now. WME needed continuity as far as the face of the UFC but Dana has no real power. Just look at his recent interview when asked about TJ/DJ. Last fall he was low key bullying DJ on some you will fight TJ cuz tbh your career aint worth shyt until you do.

Now hes like "who knows", back in the days it was just gsp/anderson he failed to do. Now if he announces something dont hold your breath, the fuk happened to nunes/cyborg?

:heh: fight pass has Pancrase, BJJ tourneys and kickboxing why wouldnt they have boxing? Not that they do. Seems like a one off, long time pal of dana's perhaps

True, but it's like one of those :ohhh: moments. Like Boxing should have been on the service post launch lol. If it's a one time only thing so be it, but if they put some more classic boxing matches on that service tho:wow:

has this writer made a tweet about WSOF or whatever its called now. Or written a piece on bellator? If the answer is no then clearly hes one of the many that see UFC and MMA as mutually exclusive. Dont know why you telling me its not the only game in town :leon:

Just for arguement sake non of the other orgs are exactly picking up the slack. I remember when strikeforce was around they would constantly have more exciting cards than UFC can you say bellator is producing better MMA now that under Bjorn? Has the HW piqued your interest? I try watching ONE and that is just trash.

Dont see the point in citing their lack of "selling" when theyve been in this mode of x amount of shows a year for years. And with joe silva gone and WME clueless the old way of garnering titles on merit is almost obsolete
