Had to be done how else do you save a man from himself and tarnishing a legacy in the cage. The Bisbing decision was bad enough but seeing him get KO'd on the regular like machida is would have been too much.

It might sound crazy but I really dont think this will affect his legacy in the long run. Haters will say what they want but fans of the sport will savour what he accomplished (what choice do they have) and his fans will just chalk all these flags post weidman to him using steroids to still compete at 40+..
