Weight wise yeah but height they the same size... but being bigger doesn't mean necessarily anything. I am just talking from a technical stand point. Kelvin is very sharp

I still think Connor is better with his boxing. He can strike going backwards as hell as forward. But Kelvin is just too big for him him. Stronger. Better grappling. He would rag doll Connor

I don't think Kelvin would grapple as much as just outbox and they both are south paw. The more success Kelvin has at this weight tho. The more success Kelvin has at 185 the less of an argument you have about him being bigger than Conor. The competition Kelvin is facing are bigger than him.

No doubt about it. Kelvin is too fast, too strong and a better boxer IMO. Whether the fight was at 170 or a catchweight, if Kelvin really wanted to he could probably make 155.

I agree with you jack.

I agree with you jack.

Kelvin isn't facing top competition so far at MW. Notice instead of calling out someone like Rockhold or Romero he calls out Silva. Kelvin is too hittable and attacks in straight lines. He would get KOd if he stands either connor for an extended period of time

So I hear that Cain Valesquez is going under the knife for the 8th time in his career?

He's a better striker than Romero, Souza, Weidman imo. Luke, Moose and possibly Bisping I would give the nod to. (Silva is too but depends on which Silva shows up) Kelvin verses Brunson would be a good test for him because he's a southpaw with power and a wrestling pedigree.

See now you're going backwards if Conor can knock out Kelvin doesn't really matter his size. Kelvin throws straight punches and he follows it up + he has power. He's pretty technical when it comes to boxing. I admit I'm giving him some gas pause but he should be facing another top 10 fighter next Vitor was 6th? You'll see him soon enough against those top caliber 185ers.

I watched the fights last night.

Kelvin is a BEAST at MW. But his fat ass should eat better and get back to 170.

Shogun Rua, what a great TKO win. He is a journeyman at this point of his career. He's 35 and has a three fight win streak. This would be a good time to retire IMO.

If they do a Rio card this year he should fight on there hopefully he wins and retires.
