I saw GSP in the new kickboxing movie the one JCVD is in on Netflix I was like I was tired of GSP especially after the controversial BJ fights but I want to see him comeback. Hopefully they don't pull a Bellator and give us Silva vs GSP now tho

Both cards are 50/50 for me, you could combine them and have one really strong card. If I'm not mistaken Firas Zahabi's brother is on the UFC card, I'm interested to peep that one along with the fights you mentioned. Esparza and Markos could be interesting though both looked better on TUF than they have since imo and then I vaguely remember thinking I wanted to see Meerschaert again but I can't actually remember his last fight...just that his was a name to look out for.
