Ps everything I am seeing from WME indicates that UFC is as big as it's ever going to be so now let's just do our thing. I mean getting rid of Gary cook, Tom Wright and the dude for fightpass seems real weird. Now the flagship show which while dated was an easy in exposing different markets to UFC. The "money fight" gimmick people think is taking over is just a illusion.

Theres only 4-5 "money fights" a year at best usually involving the same few guys and everything else is everything else.

You're right, there are very few 'money fights' in the UFC. But, the UFC have been a too off over the top with their decision-making as of late. Allowing Conor to take the 145lb hostage and setting up Hendo/Bisping over other much deserving MWs. It just makes the UFC look like less of a sport and more a circus act.
