Typical Diaz interview :mjlol:
Why is he making so many demands? :mindblown:

Doesn't want Lawler cause he's coming off lose. While Nick himself is 0-2-1 in his last 3. :heh:

Doesn't want a fight with Woodley either.

Only fighter he's somewhat interested in is GSP.

Nick is nuts :russ: him and Robbie would bring numbers. Unless he's been diligently working on his TDD, why would he want GSP? I mean the money makes sense but I don't see it going any different.

He is just saying hes on top meaning he is the biggest draw at ww. You cant really disagree when you got the champ calling you out minutes after he won the belt.

Nick an nate have said they can care less about the belt, whos gonna help fill their pockets up more. Thats why he seems more interested in the bisping or georges fight.

Was it some one on here that said, what good is the belt if your opponent is making more money

Despite staunch New Jersey objection, Association of Boxing Commissions passes rules and regulation changes

The grounded fighter policy now clarifies that earning that consideration, and the protection from kicks or knees to the head that it provides, now requires “any part of the body other than a single hand and feet touching the fighting area floor. To be grounded, both hands and feet, palm/fist down, and/or any other body part must be touching the fighting area floor.”

Essentially, fighters now need to have both hands (or fists) on the canvas to be determined a “downed fighter” rather than “playing the game” with just one hand.

Additionally, the “extended fingers” update now allows referees to declare a foul if “a fighter that moves their arm(s) toward their opponent with an open hand, fingers pointing at the opponent’s face/eyes.”

...

In addition to the rules changes, the ABC also adopted the Rules Committee’s recommendations for clarification on judging criteria. First and foremost, “Effective Striking/Grappling” is to be used as the first (and most frequently utilized) criteria for determining a round winner.

“Effect Aggressiveness” is the second tier of criteria and is “only to be assessed if Effective Striking/Grappling is 100 percent equal for both competitors.” Finally, “Fight Area Control” is the third tier of criteria and “is only to be assessed if Effective Striking/Grappling and Effective Aggressiveness are 100 percent equal for both competitors.”

Just seen the headliner for Saturdays show, don't care that it's a fight night that is an indictment on today's UFC, no other way to slice it.:scust:

I'm not surprised, the thing that angers me is the fans that enable them. Dudes are already decoding his lunacy in saying what he really means is he's the biggest draw in the division :what: no the moron actually thinks he's the best and never lost a fight in his life.

With Spider-Man: Homecoming still in the early days of production, it's never too late to add a few more cast members as shooting continues in Atlanta. Today we have word that there will be two somewhat surprising new additions to the cast, with actress and stand up comedian Martha Kelly and UFC fighter Tyron Woodley signing on for unspecified roles. We don't know for sure when they'll start filming, but Tyron Woodley's involvement may have been hinted at this weekend.

The UFC aired its latest pay-per-view event UFC 201 on Saturday night, and for those who watched the event, young star Tom Holland was spotted in the crowd, which wasn't terribly surprising since the fight took place in Atlanta, where the movie is shooting, and where Tyron Woodley knocked out Robbie Lawler to win the welterweight title. Deadline reported on Martha Kelly's casting, although Tyron Woodley revealed the news in an interview after his victory on Saturday night.

"I don't know if I can even say this, but I'm working on a Marvel movie on Thursday in Atlanta."

Woodley's probably going to be Generic Villain #1, but good for him nonetheless :ehh:

The fact he can do this without the UFC's help and it hasn't been some low budget movie is great. I'm happy for him, if anything if he can hold on to the belt he can really get better roles possibly.

Yeah, Keith jardine's been eating real good playing non speaking goon roles happy for Woodley even though I am not a fan of his style he seems like a good dude.

Ps Jones must be like :why: to all this news of these fighters getting offers. But then again when you see his acting (with dana) in that bud lite commercial maybe he himself knows there is no point in getting into that arena
