Not many because Fedor is a natural LHW and he fought a natural MW. LMAO at his boxing being clean. I don't know how wailing his arms with his chin unprotected is clean. He would have been slept if he fought a real HW with power aka everyone on the UFC roster

I'm sure the new buyers have a plan of action regarding the lawsuits and such. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out though. Plus, the new buyers have a lot of money than the Fertita brothers.
