I've said it before breh Look at UFC 100. That had MMA's two biggest stars (GSP & Brock) on a stacked card. It was during MMA's golden era, it's peak. If that card couldn't break 2 mill (1.6 mill buys), I don't see any card doing it now. These numbers put into perspective how big the May/Pac fight. It almost tripled UFC 100's buys at $100 a pop.

I don't like Rousey at all and would cheer for Cyborg to beat her just for the fukkery. But, she's on top of the MMA world at the moment (in terms of popularity and appeal) and is the champ. She doesn't need the Cyborg fight to remain successful. Honda doesn't like her. She's not going to be doing her any favours. She knows Cyborg is the first legitimate threat to her title. She's not going to give her any type of wiggle room or advantage. The ball is in Honda's court, if Cyborg wants the fight, she needs to start dieting.

With Honda, not much. It's crazy how much attention she gets from the mainstream media. You'll have major news outlets who never talk about MMA, talking about Honda and how great she is.
