this is in the hood, started by a man, there's no charge to train there, I just brought some equipment and they let me train

they do every style of martial arts

I use to train with my homie David Evans who is a pro fighter, but he's in Cali now to get more fights so I don't go to his gym anymore because he's not there, I use to promote him too, but he's passed the stage where I can help

if you have to realize MMA training is different than tradional martial arts training

Retirees, injuries, lack of stars, and ageing veterans are all part of the game. I just take it in my stride and took forward to what there still is. of course i'm angry stars are injured. of course i'm disappointed there aren't as many star fighters as I would like. of course i'm sad many fighters are retiring, or are so deep in the twilight of their career it's simply fulfilling their contract or for the money. but what the fukk can I do about it? what can you, or we as posters do? invent some sort of undetectable TRT so people like Nog and Hendo have awesome comebacks?
Nah. Steadfast is just dealing with the shyt and appreciating what there still is.
