Look at the o-line position&Qb's who were on the roster when Jim took over.Those bums were so fukking bad he had to bring in Ruddock in June because they were so terrible.I'll say this 2018-19 seasons are make or break for me he needs to get it done no more excuses this is entirely his team now

When Harbaugh took over everybody said it would take with 3 to 4 years to get the program back to where it was suppose to be at and said the there wasn't a lot of talent on the roster at the time outside of Peppers Upload any video of Herbstreit or articles when he was hired at the time and you will see
