NFL Films' Greg Cosell studied every preseason snap of the 5 rookie QBs, and came away impressed with Tannehill:

On the Colin Cowherd show today: "Believe it or not, a guy I really like, but I don’t think it will show up this year, was Tannehill. I thought he did a lot of good things before the snap of the ball, in terms of recognizing pressure, recognizing coverages, knowing where to go with the ball, knowing where his hot receivers were. I thought he did a very good job, but they’ve got such limitations at wide receiver and at offensive line that are not very good, so he could look poor. But yet that’s not to me a reflection on him, based what I saw on tape."

I'll take someone like Cosell's opinion on my QB over yours

Just because he hasn't completely shyt the bed yet doesn't mean he's shown he can hang in this league son...He's shown nothing so far other than he has a lot of learning to do...

At the moment the dude is trash and the stats back it up...Statistically he's at the bottom of the league amongst starting QB's...
