8-Hype has a stellar catalog. Even his more recent ish with Premo is dope. His CMW is classic, his Hoo Bangin work was fire...he's consistent

1st 3 CMW albums are bangin. Hot ass beats. It’s unfortunate his voice changed for the worst with his age but we still have his classics.

Cmw was always better than Nwa to me.

The beats were much more soulful but they still had the raw shyt too. Nothing was over produced, just dope loops on drums, beautiful music with easy to listen to lyrics.

One thing I will say though, in hindsight, Eiht was rapping the same shyt for 3 decades and cursed so much and so unnecessarily too lol.

He's still one of the goats though, one of my fav mcs growing up.
