During a discussion with the press today about the new ABC schedule, network president Paul Lee was asked about that project. With the spinoff not happening, both Palicki and Blood will stay with SHIELD and Lee said, "We absolutely love those characters on SHIELD," adding, "I think SHIELD really hit its creative stride this year."
That being said, Lee noted that down the line, "There's certainly a possibility of a spinoff" for those characters, but for now, "the right thing" is keeping them on Agents of SHIELD.
I am glad ppl are finally liking agents but personally speaking nothing this season was remotely as entertaining or adventurous as TWS tie in last year. This inhumans stuff seems odd, why blow your wod now when there is still a movie to be made "in the same universe". Skye as the protagonist/heroine is a deal breaker from the jump. Ward has no purpose yet they won't kill him? Why? Oh because skye and him are in love? Lame. Adriana poliki has been a great addition tho she really breathed new life into the show but the brit is insufferable. Don't know why he is so popular
it's gotten so epic and abc is putting a lot of money behind it, it's a damn shame so many ppl are still sleeping on it.
