Speed aint nothing big on here at all, I noticed that after the first game.

The CPU pretty much does all the work for you. When you use your scouting points, the CPU automically unlocks the top 3 skills for the player.

I noticed that when I got that wr that @two L's drafted. He didn't start to beast until I fixed his route running. In '15, it was more important than speed.
