This episode was the definition of LIT!
Ivelisse vs Kobra Moon in Battle Of The Asses.
fukkery video package for Killshot getting his Solid Snake on, followed by Famous B recruiting Mascarita Sagrada (possibly trios team with Pimpinella?) and The Mack telling Sexy Star to get over her shyt.
Awesome match between two dysfunctional teams who understand sports entertainment better than that company living by the term "sports entertainment". It was hilarious, it was great wrestling, it was awesome. @Nature Boy Ric Flair would be proud of that chop exchange between Mack and Moth.

Matanza booking is definitely starting to take form with the added brutality of those head stomps and beatdown punches. Now they just gotta push dude's speed a bit more and we're truly good.

Love that Killshot vignette. Simple and effective, makes you get what characters are actually about as far as who they are and their motives. I remember when the WWE used to consistently do that

Joey Ryan really wish he would've caught on much earlier in his career. That gimmick is tailored for the late 90's/early 00's, and he does it so well. Good tag match too.
Pretty good match between Matanza and Fenix, but I thought Matanza wrestled extremely deliberately today, as if he was Abyss or something. I know he's portrayed [very well] as a monster, but I thought he moved too slow this episode

I'm actually cool with the less emphasis on theme music and quite frankly last of "entrance" time. It's like a cool way to cut into time and add more wrestling to the show.
Seeing someone's "15 minute" ring walk is cool once it twice or on special occasions..... But after awhile that shyt gets old.
LU is very efficient with their programming and know how to trim fat unlike other companies

-The Mack and Cisco had great chemistry in the ring
-Kobra Moon seems unsure in the ring. Ivelisse is usually good and this seemed choppy.
-Matanza is okay when he has a smaller lucha bumping for him. If he toss Mil around like that I'll be impressed.

Yeah, Famous B was one of LU's jobbers in the first season.
The Mack is crazy good, it's cool they're finally allowing Cisco to show off as well.
Kobra Moon has only been wrestling for a year and a half, so she's relatively green in the ring.
Jeff Cobb (Matanza) has already wrestled dudes like Cage in the indies.

I just randomly remembered something about last week's episode I forgot to mention, but I fukking died when Matt Striker referred to Cage as "Swoleverine". That shyt sounds like TSC Coli nickname for real.
Also, I'm kinda confused about what the end game with Matanza is gonna be. We're not even halfway through the season and they're already throwing the most legitimate contender to him in Mil Muertes, unless they're going for Rey Mysterio and wrestling's most insane David/Goliath fight.
Finally, they almost have to reveal Joey Ryan and Cortez Castro are undercover cops in-ring this season, right? Since the show's pretaped and the audience doesn't see the video segments, they don't know about it so one can only imagine how LIT the audience reactions would be to that reveal.
