RIP. After googling the name i can i say i remember him from a rack of martial arts movie playing side characters.

Robert Sand, agent of D.R.A.G.O.N. This was made by same director as Enter the dragon, right after the release of ETD. Using exact same locations and actors obviously apart from Bruce lee and few others. Not a bad thriller, but forgettable.
