Because it's about a Knick and it is in NYC, I guess I'll post what happened here.
Dyckman Tournament Playoffs are on and it's win or go home. Home Base faced off against Skull Gang (Juelz Santana's brother Twin coaches it). Tyreke Evans tweeted he was gonna play in the game so people were packing in to see him. Tyreke's doin his thing for Skull Gang putting cats on skates, and then Sundiata Gaines (plays for the Nets) shows up. He joins Tyreke. They're struggling against Home Base who was favored. MAD people show up. Juelz Santana was there. Jim Jones was there. Lloyd Banks shows up. Out of nowhere, James Harden strolls on by to support Skull Gang and everyone's going nuts.
The game winds up goin to overtime and guess who shows up? J.R. Smith on some Jerry The King Lawler "J.R. Look! It's Him!" shyt. The crowd goes wild.
The game goes into double OT, but not before J.R. Smith got screwed on an offensive foul. He was ready to smack the shyt outta the ref and they had to stop the game for 5 minutes while they held J.R. back. After he calmed down the game continued (Light missed a shot that coulda won it for Home Base). 2 OT starts and by then it was just Tyreke, Sundiata, and J.R. Tyreke finally started hitting FT's, Sundiata made some tough shots, and up 6, J.R. Smith does a T-Mac type dunk but from a little farther out. If I could find the clip, I'll post it here, but everyone went bezerk. J.R. got mobbed after that dunk. Skull Gang eventually won. Hopefully someone filmed it and sent it to ESPN. That shyt was crazy.
The Title Game is on Thursday. Not sure if J.R. plays
