Sometimes JR would take a shot that had me :damn:. Then that $hit would go in and have me :ehh:. I can live with JR doing what he does. Especially when we had as many ppl out as we did. Its not like he was taking shots away from anybody. You need a fearless dog off the bench like that and he is underrated on defense. Pick that option up, duke.:leostare:

Lin. They shouldnt overpay this cat and if Nash is possible, fukk Jeremy. Real talk. This dude is not real, trust me. He was 80% and couldve suited up against Miami. He knew and the Knicks FO knew he wouldnt be a factor, so he sat. Baron ripped his knee to shreds and Bibby old ass gave what he could. This guy is a backup, period. Lin is 23, I dont wanna here that "he hadnt played since March" BS excuse. When the last time Horford played?? Sadly, to continue selling shirts Lin will be back but hopefully not so rich that we couldnt add/keep something PROVEN.

Leroy from Fame AKA STATue. WTF is wrong with you, duke? :smugdraper: You need to learn how to play defense and grab 10 boards a game. Honestly the Knicks only need 17-18 ppg from you. But if you combine that with 10-11 boards and a block and a half? Well goddamn! I say thats good for 5 extra wins. Despite all your injuries I saw you put down some athletic dunks this year, definitely after the epidural. That same athleticism will get you those boards and that block. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TRY. JUMP LEAVE YOUR FEET. Time to reinvent yourself. Lastly, I appreciate you bringing NY back and making us relevant in the win column again, but if you got traded? :ehh:

Melo. Keep doing what your doing, dude. Your game is your game. I believe you're capable of getting 8 or 9 boards tho. Step that up.

Tyson. Keep it up. I've been wanting to see you on the Knicks for years. :jawalrus:

Shump. Get well. Jorts? Get lost. Novak? You should come back. But since you cant get your own shot I hope they dont overpay you. It's clear why I never heard of you before this year with a shot like you have. It's because a perfect storm has to be in place for you to score. You must be completely wide open and the closer has to be late. :childplease:

Jeffries. Ah fukk it. Come back. You blow layups, but you take points from the other team with those charges you draw. So...fukk it.. Come back. I guess.

If J.R. picks up his option, so be it, but most often his play is to the detriment of the team and I can't pretend otherwise. He off waaaay more than he is on and he literally shot the Knicks out of a few games, chucked up too many quick shots, plus he shot for less than 40% for the season. Woodson has to keep him on a shorter leash if he comes back. I do appreciate the effort J.R. puts in though, it's usually top notch.

I can't hate on Lin, get you contract first before you go risking a more serious injury. If something like this happens after he gets his new contract, then it's a problem.

And like others said, Jorts is pretty decent, and actually has a bit of a post game, he really should've got more minutes during the heat series.

As for expecting Amare to improve, at this stage in his career I doubt it, if hasn't learned to box out by now, then it's never going to happen.

Why isn't Amar'e having back surgery to fix his ailment? If this dude suffers another back injury due to his negligence I want him booed to oblivion.

It's a good thing if he doesn't need surgery.

New York Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire may need back surgery during the off-season to repair a bulging disc. At this point, Stoudemire is undergoing non-surgical procedures so that he can return to the Knicks sometime this season. If he opted to have surgery sometime in the near future, he would have missed the post-season.

Wellington Hsu, an orthopedic surgeon and spokesman for the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, says the temporary relief Stoudemire is receiving is good enough to bring him back to the court.

However, if Stoudemire wants to get rid of this issue and prevent a future occurrence, back surgery is highly recommended. He already experienced back pains last year in the playoffs and it completely ruined the Knicks' chances of an upset. If he is not 100 percent or close to it come the post-season, the Knicks cannot win a playoff series.

I don't think it's guaranteed I think Woodson just suggested that they work with the Dream to improve their post games.
