Not good sparring etiquette. He got 80lbs and is going hard throwing elbows etc. He got too emotional
Not everyone knows the intention behind the camera. Recording sparring footage to put on the internet is still a new phenomenon. I think it's good etiquette to talk about your intentions ahead of time so you can have fun and not get pummeled too

Jeff never goes hard unless the other person keeps going hard. This coach should chill out. Those elbows and rib kicks were :huhldup:

If you love kickboxing at all i advise you to watch the whole event. ONE FC 172. This was one of the best events of the last 10 years in my opinion. 4 title fights., first ballot hall of famers on the card. The video is 4 hours but obviously you can skip straight to the fights Rodtang V Takeru, thai legend V Japans beast is the main event.

Can't believe Tawanchai got dropped and Koed. Not being able to use knees and elbows definitely makes a difference since Kickboxers tend to have better hands than Muay Thai fighters on average
