Murthel Groenhart V Cedric Doumbe fought for the WW title at Glory 44 Chicago
Result:
Groenhart won the split decision. Didn't get to see it yet, was a close fight with Doumbe using his point fighting effectively and Groenhart winning a close decision on powershots.

It was an awful fight IMO but had no problems with the decision

Was watching a Bellator Kickboxing event I had on my DVR, they have some good talent :ehh:

Remembered how fun it is to watch Raymond Daniels fight. He finished his opponent with consecutive back spinning kicks to the liver :wow:. Saw he is fighting for their WW title this month.

Muay thai has the best skill level. They even practice throws. Even Bas Rutten said that's perhaps the best discipline to master in order to have overall success in the martial arts fights
Do you study muay thai? I know, in the clinch ppl who don't know what the clinch is get tossed quick. I wonder how it would fair against one in kung fu

For how long? Ohhh, mt is my base but I admire boxers. I have the shins and am 6'4".

Interesting how you vouch for it, what about mt punchers in comparison with boxers

A kicker's punch is determined by his natural power, but also positioning. But MT along with KickBoxing will always be king as the leg kicks come fast and you usually don't want to eat one clean l like you can a punch.

What's natural power in comparison to boxing power?
