My nikka I’m gonna be 41 this year, and at no point did i ever look that bad on a ball court. Even when i was 300+lbs
. Them nikkas just ass. Let me warn you young Brothas, though, that recovery gets ASS. nikka was playing in a 35 and up league, would drive home after, and just sit in the whip for 15 mins wondering if i should just sleep in the car because EVERYTHING hurt.

You would think it would be a humbling, illuminating experience but they'll be back to bullshyt big talk soon enough.
It's actually astonishing that they don't take a lot of their braggadocio talk in the business/financial and women space and apply it to physical fitness in any regard. Joe and Ish in particular talk too much shyt to be that sloppy and uncoordinated.
