Have you listened to the details of the case? Dude brought shell casings to police 2 days later claiming those were the bullets Rocky shot him with, and had no visible injuries. They got voice messages of dude trying to extort Rocky.

Video is king and Rocky admitted to firing a gun. It’s clearly a money grab but that doesn’t mean he didn’t get shot/shot at
Couldn't really tell what was happening on video. Rocky is arguing he fired a prop gun in the air after he got attacked by relli. There's alot of evidence that makes it look like relli was the aggressor leading up to the shooting.
Rocky can't produce the prop gun, but there's no evidence that a real gun was fired other than the bullets relli provided days later. I don't think there's enough evidence to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt.
