Woody saying "I'm showing you grace right now" in context is like saying "I'm giving you pass" or "I could do XYZ, but I'm gonna chill" type shyt. E is saying, you can't show me grace/give me a pass because that would imply you could do something to me if you wanted to and that's not the case.
