Yeah but with unemployment you only getting a certain percentage of your old pay. I was on Unemployment around that time.

My previous contract was like $1200 a week but I could only max out at $400 a week on unemployment in Texas. Even with the extra $600 it was still less, Not to mention a lot of people didn't qualify for the unemployment. You have to lose your job because of specific reasons or they'll deny you for all of it.

Well most people don’t make $1200 a week. If you was making $600 a week and now you making $1000 a week you was coming up. And on top of that they was giving damn near anybody who applied for a bridge card during Covid.

And during Covid they was giving everybody unemployment. Later they came back on a lot of folks over and some ended up owning money.
