Mal is needed for Joe’s purposes, believe it or not. It gives Joe that extra layer of comfortability, and he allows Joe to get alotta jokes off (good ones typically) whether they’re towards Mal or not. We saw that dynamic shift when Mal joined the podcast.

Mal just needs to understand that maybe he’s not informed on every topic to debate or opine on it. The same way Parks and Rory don’t speak up on certain things, he needs to do the same.

And I wouldn’t be surprised if Joe loves that Mal’s takes are controversial because it makes Joe look a bit smarter sometimes. I don’t think Mal’s dense takes are going to make them lose fans because the rest usually disagree, and explain to him why he’s wrong. If they all felt the way Mal does about certain shyt, then yes that’d be bad for business.

he’s better than Mal
You trippin. Say what you want but Mal has had his funny moments and added to the podcast at times. Not caping/shooting him bail at all for sounding liek an idiot last week but we can't say Vince is better than him from 2-3 phone calls and a guest spot.

Exactly, and even when Mal says some dumb things he still might add a dumb point that leads to discussion.

But dude really feels that he has to open his mouth regarding everything. Sometimes he just babbles nonsensical shyt with the composure of a person saying some real shyt, like a toddler :mjlol:. And they ask what the fukk are you talking about, and he goes and try to rephrase it 4 times sounding dumber every time until they just say “aight I get you”

Y’all be so one sided on shyt . I don’t agree with mal on everything but he is needed . The inside jokes and chemistry is there . I don’t agree with joe on everything most times either but I enjoy the pod .
I rarely agree with Joe but he’s entertaining af. He’s better at podding than he was rapping.

Nobody wanna hear that fast talking ass nikka. He just be rambling nonsense and he ain’t funny

replacing Mal with Vince would be a disaster
Vince to me is one of those dudes that's good at spots here and there but would get annoying fast as fukk hearing him talk for too long. Mal can definitely be an idiot at times but he's great for chemistry and like others have said he seems to make Joe more comfortable and brings the best out of Joe.

They played a 4 year old clip of Gillie saying “all Live matters” and what about black on black crime

Mal pretty much agreed. Joe Budden yelled
