It goes in line with Joe's narcissistic self thinking he's a super savvy media guru that has the credentials to hand out flowers but also critique on other people doing the same he does but much more successfully.
Truthfully, its a free country and he does have that right but like you said it comes off bytch made and its jealousy veiled in praise.
