It’s a reason why he is quiet a lot of the times , it’s cause he has no insight and he isn’t as close to articulate as the others

He done stood up more times in two months than joe has in 7 years

He did it on the rem episode where out of nowhere he just stood up and was like fukk y’all nikkas either ice ish or the battle rap dude was fukk you too and they weren’t laughing or joking

This ain’t no hate flip shyt either cause his skits where he running up on rappers are hilarious

He just might be better suited for interviews and skits imo

Flip works because he changes the temperature in the room. Even when he misses with a joke, the overall benefit of him making the vibe more off the top and entertaining is a positive. Plus when he misses on the jokes, the other guys pick up and hand him an L which is funny.

Gotta give Joe credit. I shyt on him all the time but he accurately diagnosed a major problem with the show and addressed it. No more too cool for school bullshyt, no more 1 or both co-hosts not watching/listening/etc to something before an episode, etc. Only thing I don't fukk with is that part of the reason he brought Flip in was to start doing more idiotic "everything is content" clips to go viral. Clearly that shyt ain't working. They should just stick with the group bantering and talking because it's way more interesting now than it was previously.

Is it working? I don't see the show appearing on the blogs much or going viral. I like the chemistry on the show now, I'm just not sure the other shyt is working for Joe.

Also I'm glad he realized all that black women pandering was irrelevant and black women were never gonna rock with three 40something year old black dudes talking and playing r&b songs. Mel does more to bring potential black women listeners in than anything Joe has done in the last 5 years.

I agree wit @Youngdev that Flip in his element doin skits and rapper interviews. That his bag and Joe should've signed him up for that on this network if it was possible. Flip don't let em dance around questions sometimes and challenge em to be straight up about stuff which is good but that really all he brings for the most part in this pod format. Couple good shots here and there at the others but when most the time he's the only one throwin shots at the others on panel he look goofy. And do he got some quota he gotta hit for sayin "WATCH YO MOUTH" and "VIOLATE" damn nikka stfu must say that shyt 50 times an episode

Wasn't a fan of the Flip addition at first but i feel like he has calmed down a lot since his first episode.
