Good pod today.
Also, i don't know about all the behind the scenes drama but Ish is a great addition to the pod. I don't even always agree with his stances but he knows how to argue his points and also is not scared to check Joe. I think Joe is gonna have to pay Ish more and he just doesn't want to do that so he's probably trying to sabotage shyt so he can tell himself the chemistry just wasn't right anymore.
EDIT: Also, if Ish leaves, i guarantee the pod is over and he's gonna try to get with Akademiks.
