They're doing pretty good, youtube numbers are consistent, they're in the top 20 music podcast on Spotify, in the top 10 music podcast on apple, they have the deal with stitcher, and they read alot of ad's so they have sponsors.

Worse yet. You drop a 5 year anniversary deluxe before your second album. Unless you're in chemo or dealing with some other type of health issue, it's inexcusable. Looks even worse post-Kendrick album. Yea he managed to drop after 5 years and still do good numbers...but they aren't the numbers people (including myself as a pure Kdot stan) expected. The wait, and the expectations the wait created, hurt. What happens if SZA drops some mid that she could have dropped 3 years ago?
You don't drop this deluxe if you're gearing up to drop your album in a couple months. This reeks of "she's not dropping anytime soon and we need something." So again, what's the problem. It's been five plus years, she's had two hit singles plus a massive feature w/Doja. What are they waiting for?
Something is off at TDE and I don't know what it is. The year is halfway over and all they've done is release Kendrick's last album. How many albums are they fitting in the next 5 months? Maybe SZA and Q? Maybe SZA is quietly trying to get off the label too, who knows.
