the boom bap convo extended past that genre. but the episode is called "is this boom bap?" why would you even listen if you dont like boom bap.

I just appreciate balanced takes and not takes that lean so heavy towards riding a wave to be relevant to the younger generation. ice has always been into that southern scene…he’s either a jeezy or Gucci stan, I forget…and he’s shouted out random mixtapes from nikkas like bankroll Freddie ..he doesn’t like east coast music generally , boom bap specifically…it happens, it’s just preference
