People need to stop trying to use logic to argue with Joe. He's going to just say whatever he needs to do to win the argument and juelz. If you're going to be friends with him or work with him you gotta just take it for what is is.
he said they outperformed what was expected, so they pushed the benchmarks further backCorrect me if I'm wrong, There was no problem with Joe and Spotify contract wise right?
Yea, but Joe and comp fulfilled their contractual obligations episode wise and stuff right? So obviously him talkin shyt about contracts with a friend, is just him talking shyt.he said they outperformed what was expected, so they pushed the benchmarks further back
Joe deleted his Pull Up interview with Crook tooThis is the same guy that was talking and pointing to an empty chair telling Rory that he was in breach of his contract.
Some of yall are just as delusional as Royce and Joe. As if any of these nikkas have business acumen to spearhead any type of negotiation or deals on each other's behalf. Joe nuked 2 deals that we know after all this shyt (still trippin this nikka said Amalgam forged his signature on his contract). The whole thing was a shyt show from jump and destined to fail.Royce helped to finally crystalize the issue for me.
The other 2 don't seem to have the business acumen to demand business moves. Slaughterhouse the brand could've been something bigger than just a super rap group.
Yea Crook sounds kind of desperate. If he knew all this shyt about Joe back then but still reached out to try and do another deal then he's an idiot or desperate. He knows Joe is more popular now than back then and could get a big bag if he brought a deal to the table and they released another album as a group. It's no way I can be working around a nikka like this again.Haven't listened to the new Budden ep but based on the Kev interview...Crook's side is interesting. To me it sounds like the problem is that he's been desperate for a deal, desperate for that tour money, and looking for bags. Found one, details weren't great, squad didn't want to do it. But the insight into the way Joe wasted their time for a decade makes a lot of sense. That's how he operates. Joe argues like a 12 year old. He jumps out the window at the very beginning with a definitive, outrageous statement...and then the rest of his argument is basically him trying to climb down from that statement one step at a time while also trying to pretend like he's not ceding any ground. You hear it in every fukking podcast episode. Now imagine dealing with that in a business or contractual negotiation...

It's a fukking miracle they got as big as they did. People are acting like slaughterhouse could have been wutang or some shyt. Some of yall are just as delusional as Royce and Joe.
