I believe you. But that's a big fall off for him. The trend was looking bad, I'm sure.
These guys are like 4 months into their show and they just got good at it like 1 months ago. So they're at different points and judged differently.
Joe's numbers stabilized so even tho he's only doing 200k that's good too
pleas will be copped but folks need to understand that R&Ms initial numbers were due to the break up and beef. now that it's normalized, their numbers are pretty bad. they should be doing better on youtube because they're not brand new podders. they've been podding for years on the same show, yet somehow have weak chemistry on their own show (imagine that.) you can blame mal for this because he was phoning it in on the JBP and now he can't do that anymore.

True but I guess people are using the youtube numbers as a proxy.
So if it 500k to 100k, they'll assume viewership dropped 80 % overall

I mentioned before and asked ppl to compare R&M, JBP and the Bodega Boyz in terms of success.
Unanimously ppl deemed the Bodega Boys as having the most success and being in the best positions.
That said, their YT views are 100k-ish as well. That's on their own channel; but the Showtime show has similar views.
Point being, can't judge success off YT views, because everyone agrees they're the most successful of the 3 pods.
2ndary point...all 3 pods are successful.
R&M are a YT based pod and is taking more than 4 days to reach 100k that’s not good at all compared to where they started.

I wouldn't say that...just like every other pod that has YT the audio is out a day or 2 before the videos

how are they youtube based when they signed a deal with stitcher? With that being said not everyone uses youtube to listen to podcasts.
