The only point they’re missing is that Joe Rogan and Podcast have become Spotify core business. There’s not much profit in streaming music. Paying a podcaster a flat fee has better returns

Rogan is basically has a talk show on Spotify platform. You can’t hide behind we’re a streaming platform. This makes you a media company and Rogan speaks for you and your investors
