For all we know, Savon could’ve simply applied on his own and gotten the gig himself. He could’ve wanted a more stable job with better growth opportunities, benefits, PTO, total rewards, etc.

He literally climbed the rank from a failed independent network to one of the biggest streaming platforms. That solidify that Joe is a staple in the media community, so even tho he lost another network employee, his name still holds weight
