Nah u tripping. U have to have a reason for the courts to grant that. Ur not just going to show up in a court for no valid reason not to see ur kid and the judge approves.

The judge uses their discretion....For the best interest of course.

Even when there's a reason the judge will still grant supervised visitation unless the parent is a proven danger to their children.


An innocent parent getting all parental rights stripped by a judge for no good reason is not normal in any court in any state.

If a Judge strips all visitation from a parent then there's a good reason for it.

If you been in these court systems chit is not as cut and dry and logical as you trying to make it seem. In a perfect world it would be this world ain’t perfect.

I'm not saying everything is cut and dry.

Yall acting like it's as simple as having a pair of nuts for a judge to take your kids away. To me that's not a realistic perspective on what family court is really like.

Good father's always have rights. My bm tried to get full custody with child support. I fought like hell and got 50/50 custody of my son and all I pay for is his health insurance.

It really depends on how much time you want with your kids and how hard you're willing to fight for it.

This is exactly why we are where we are with it. A man should never have to fight far "Hard" for his kids.
