There isn't any leaks saying that Hamas has agreed to step aside. I know there isn't because that would be the first thing every corporate news site would say.

I am not saying it hasn't happened, but you haven't provided evidence that this is part of an agreement.

I proofed two articles explicitly stating Israel’s terms for a cease fire which it has maintained since the start of hostility. Hamas relinquishing control over Gaza. You claim that Israel turned down the same deal in July. The terms of the July agreement were for Hamas to relinquish control of Gaza. Which is it?

Baseless conspiracism. We can just as easily say if Hamas was to remain in power this would be reported in Arab media as no doubt that would be a great victory for Hamas and it’s constituents. What has been “leaked” is what the Biden administration wants to be known, that a hostage deal is being procured. Also we don’t know if it’s just a truce or a complete cease fire as Hamas has stated multiple times that it will not agree to anything that doesn’t explicitly end the war.
