I agree with @LordCashmere . Black people, especially those that can afford it HAVE to start moving back into the city.
Thing is black folks dont even want something until white people have it. The initial gentrifiers are usually lower income working class whites who cant afford the hot areas. Im also noticing alot of Mexicans moving into places like Vine city and english ave.

Yep hr helped out his buddies mostly black folks with money and resources.
The thing is they separate from the lower class and its not enough educated black folks with money who can challenge the white folks since the poor white folks usually deal with each other and start from the bottom.
Even when I go to Davie, or east Hollywood here in south Florida the poor hite folks are married at shigher rate and usually keep the black folks out of housing.
I remeber looking for a room a little while back cuz I wanted to get closer to the job, all the ads where baaicsllh white folks renting rooms for 700 a month to stay in a old home. When I showed up a lot of them claimed it rented already.
