capitan has had some usb issues, if you use anything with specific drivers you might be outta luck for a minute. Everything else is flawless though.

the only issue I had so far with el capitan is that my volume wouldn't control my bluetooth speaker volume. but I had to completely unpair it and pair it again, and it started working no problem.

put ios9 on my work iphone, and the phone app is somewhat glitchy when making calls cuz it seems to freeze up momentarily.
