Ok I got some music that I didn't buy on my old iPhone 4 that I want to put on my 4S but my laptop died awhile back. Is it possible to do this without a computer? Neither phone is jailbroken btw.

Yes it is, there are lots of programs that will copy music off your iPhone. Just copy it and then add it to iTunes on your new computer

No u can't just Bluetooth it over its no way to switch unless u purchased the songs with out the computer

man if i dont hear any news/announcements regarding the iphone 5 before july 13th (my upgrade date) im just gonna go ahead and cop the 4s. plus when the 5 drops wont it be like $300 even with the upgrade price?
the iOS 6 beta expires July 16th if that tells you anything

Why would you do that? You don't have to use your upgrade as soon you're eligible for it. It'll be a month or 2 at the most after your upgrade date.
The 4S will be $300 as well unless they drop it due to the pending release of the 5
