The 6 fits better in my shirt pocket or pocket s in general. I'm not interested in always carrying around a mini tablet. I got a Nexus 7 for that.

I traded that in for an iPad Air 2. The Nexus 7 can fit in the pockets of carpenter pants the iPad Mini was too large. I came from a Galaxy S5 and that phone was too large for a shirt pocket. The 6+ is larger than that.
Only 6+. If you want a smaller size buy 5S.
