welp updated to 5.1.1. time to see if the whole longer battery thing is a myth or real.
*update* going from 5.0.1 to 5.1.1 really has my battery getting crazy life.

What are these blobs I keep hearing about and how do I do that shyt?
Basically they are tokens that tell apple to let you go to that firmware. They are unique to each device. Cydia backs them up but how things are now you have to manually put them in a firmware now if that firmware isnt being signed anymore. So for example:
You have a iPhone on iOS 5.0 and you want to go to 5.0.1. you wont be able to because you dont have the blobs for it. You can only go to 5.1.1. right now and once you do & JB then youll have the blobs for 5.1.1. so if a 5.1.2. or 6.0 comes out youll be able to always downgrade to 5.1.1. because you have that blob
Does that make sense?
my camera app isnt working right...when i try to open it up it either goes back to the home screen or it goes black with the little loading dial, and then locks itself like its resetting...sometimes it will work...when i try to take pics on instagram it does the same thing....can someone help a breh out
