everyone either has a white iphone or white S3

Yeah, I noticed that too. I've sworn to stay away from this white electronics fad. Only my iMac is white and if they came in black or other colors, I would've went that route instead as well.

Is the iphone 5 really that bad?

No, not at all. I very much like mine. It has been havin shytty battery life tho lately, but I've found out that the problem was with an app (Spotify) rather than anything else. I didn't like that apple made the change to the lightning cord, but it does seem to charge at a noticeably faster rate than the other ones.

went to the Apple store today. a very awkward experience the inside was pure chaos and at the same time a living Apple commercial. people are ringing people up using iPads and iPhones everything in the store they use is pretty much Apple based. come chick checks me off on a list using her iPad and ask me to sit down. mind you the place is crowded. i sit there for about 20 minutes before i get help and i was on time for my "appointment."

The "Genius" argues with me about my Wifi not working. of course the Wifi in the Apple store worked fine so she told me it must be some settings. we take the iPhone out into the mall and it doesn't connect to any of the other Wifi networks. so after about an hour there i walk out with a new iPhone 5. the new one again was acting funny at some of the mall Wifi networks but when i got back home it works on my home network.

i never wanna go in an Apple store again. is stunk from there being so many people there. you could tell some of the customers were Apple elitist and the employees weren't really giving anybody dedicated one on one attention. they were more or less running from customer to customer like chickens with their heads cut off.

i also walked outta there without a 30 pin to lightning converter adapter cause they were out.

I fukking hate my local apple store, i don't even deal with them. and unless you WATCHED them take the iphone out of a new iphone 5 box, ; because if they opened up an unmarked black box, you got a refurbished phone.

i got a black iphone because it looks better than the white one...i think they should do a gray one too. i had a white 4S and 3GS so i felt it was time for a change especially since they did the two tone color shyt.

coming from Android unrooted by the middle of the day with normal usage you're likely gonna be looking to hit the charger by late afternoon the battery is shot. with this iPhone it can go a full day easy with normal usage.

refurb so fast? maybe they simply reinstalled the software on a returned model

either ways its still basically new with the full warranty

3 weeks in that was a replacement phone. You honestly think in 3 weeks Apple had enough stockpile of refurbs to start sending them out everywhere? The iPhones come in generic white boxes but at this point they're new replacement phones shipped to stores to be only used to swap. They can't give me an iPhone out of a new retail box because they didn't even have any new ones for sale. Why would they ship replacement phones in retail boxes anyway when you already have all the stuff that comes in the box?

The new phones have scratches on them. I'm somebody rejects it then it goes back to the factory more than likely and comes back as a refurb. That's still pretty much a new phone. A real refurb is the guts of a broken phone that's supposedly fixed.

you should buy better android phones, you can pull off one and half a day on S3 with everything turned on, not that i am android stan

The HTC One has better battery life than the S3 and at most I could make it to 6 pm before I needed a charge on the EVO LTE. In fact I've never had a Android phone that wasn't an EVO. No way in hell was I coming home from work with about 70% battery still left.

HTC One X is known as the worst android flagship device battery wise while S3 is the best in this department. Btw I had 4S and S3 shyts on it hard. It can easily go two days with average usage.
