The thing I find weird is the dissonance I see, where people praise a show like this and look at the people hunting the Nazis and cheer... not understanding that there couldn't be a black show like this, because while Nazis are looked back as inarguably evil... people don't look back at the hundreds of years of this very treatment of black people as nearly as bad. So while they cheer when a Nazi gets killed as 'justice', they don't want to see a black person even get recompense by way of money, and damn sure don't care to see it gotten by way of violence unless it's against some stylized, larger-than-life plantation owner a la Django.
Meanwhile, half the people watching this show have familial wealth due to this very type of atrocity over a longer period, and a nikka can't even get a meaningful 'sorry' from the government. But America was willing to assist in the disenfranchisement of brown people in Palestine to 'make things right' after WW2?

I like the show, but man I can't rock with some of the reactions I've been seeing to it because it's like people are willfully blind to America being complicit in the same type of shyt they're furious about here.

But, to restate... I like the show so far.

This shyt is dope so far.

Not surprsed cacs are in their feelings. :mjlol:There's one scene where they do a PSA about identifying Nazis, which features a little Black girl repeatedly saying "They're White people :manny:"

shyt caught me completely off guard, in the best way :russ:

Everyone who one star reviewed it, might have lowkey outed themselves as a Nazi too :dead:.

The irony is that they probably helped fund this show, by shopping on Amazon:mjgrin:
so this is why the imdb score is a bit low. was wondering if this was good.

Wow this series was so good. Full of twists until the very end. I felt some of the story was rushed but It still came out good. I was still hooked throughout.

A must watch
9 out of 10

The plot is hot fukking garbage

This might as well be a damn cartoon

but the action is cool

Big step down from The Man In The High Castle

I disagree, just finished watching the 10 episodes, I felt like parts of the story were rushed for example they would be in Alabama in one scene and two scenes later end up in NYC. The best quality about this series is that it's somewhat believable unlike The Man In The High Castle. I dont even want to go into details on what a let down that series was but I watched 3 seasons and between the flashbacks, what's real vs fake, dead people showing back up, real people showing up in old war films :mindblown: I was done and didnt care about the last season. When the dead sister showed up like it was nothing, I knew it was time to give up on it.
