In theory, One of the best institutions on earth to create a black legal mind. However, in practice, you deal with a lot of administrative and infrastructure issues that more prevalent schools don’t have to deal with. If you can truly get passed that, it provides a legal experience like no other school, especially as it relates to the Constitution, property, civil rights, and how they affect minorities.
Also, the top 10% of most schools are pretty much similar intellectually. When most firms and government offices look for minority hires, they go T14( top 14 law schools) + HU. So if you wanna go big law or govt, you have a better chance going to HU and excelling.
