I enjoyed the finale and the closing image of Hannibal on the opposite side of the bars coming to visit Will in prison He plays the role so well, even as Will started to piece everything together he always keeps his cool.

Nice acting by Alana in this episode as well in her confrontation of Jack and freaking out in the car.

The visuals for the show have remained top notch throughout the season.

yeah the scene at hobbs house with will hallucinating seeing hannibal as that black antler devil was great. the imagery was very well done this ep

im guessing will has amnesia after this and doesnt remember anything about suspecting hannibal next season

The treatment to fix the inflammation in his brain might effect his memory, but I would rather they have him remember and be working to somehow prove his innocence, maybe with the assistance of Alana.

Wasn't "falling off" at all. That's called story progression. The finale couldn't have happened without the last several episodes bringing it all together.

That's your opinion but I felt the show got too procedural and repetitive. Nothing original came about.

A killing, Will and Jack visit the area, Will goes into the mind of the killer, Jack is cranky, Hannibal does his Chef Ramsey, Jack gets cranky more, Will is a little more crazy and repeated.

Anyone caught the song that was playing while Dr. Lecter walked into the prison to see Will at the end? It was the same one from Silence of The Lambs when Hannibal was locked up. This was an amazing show and Mads needs the Emmy right now. The imagery, the cinematography, the overall acting...everything about this show is top notch.

Only thing that I was anticipating that they didn't do is have someone other than Will realize the truth about Hannibal as a teaser. I guess they kind of did with his psychiatrist but she either only suspects him or she knows and is keeping it secret. I thought Alana was on to Hannibal after that clock test but he just bamboozled her again after that.

They said they wrote the episode before they knew there would be a season 2 so it has some finality. Taken as a standalone, I guess this is an interpretation when Hannibal "wins."

She definitely knows since she helped keep the patient accident secret; that the patient that attacked her wasn't really attacking her but instead ran there to tell her who hannibal was and hannibal killed him, or she killed him herself.

Also, this kind of gave it away.

I have conversations with a version of you and hope that the actual you gets what he needs. Naturally, I respect its meticulous construction; but you are wearing a very well-tailored ‘person suit’. Maybe it’s less of a ‘person suit’ and more of a human veil. It must be lonely.

The whole veil conversation was epic tho
