that opening scene was great though, with the daughter and her father cutting up the moose.... and also her cutting open the pillow... some of the show is very well done, but the writing is also sloppy at certain points.

like 10mins after hannibal bounced with abigail, blood was able to be matched?

Yeah i wondered that to. Unless the blood was really Lecter's. But this was another good episode and im all in with this show. Don't care about no ratings, this show should get renewed immediately. It's bound to catch on eventually with how good it is.

Hannibal had all that DNA on deck from the bloody rock he covered up behind Abigail's house, dont yall remember ?


- Abigail and her friend are talking behind her house

- The angry brother creeps behind some bushes and scares them both

- Abigail's friend clocks him with the rock

- Dude gets shook and takes off

- Hannibal notices the bloody rock and covers it up with dry leaves


He (Hannibal) must've come back for the rock, killed Abigail's friend, then planted the angry brother's DNA all over her.

He then must've gotten more DNA off the rock to place under Abigail's fingernails to make her story look more legit.

Should make perfect sense.

while i agree with these posts; when fishburne says they matched the samples, no more than a couple of hours could have elapsed between when abigail left with hannibal and when fish is talking to the female pysch (she's still in the back of the ambulance getting checked out for the blow to the head).

you telling me, they had the brother's dna (from the dead girls mouth) on deck, took the blood sample from abigail's hands and matched the dna in 2hrs...???

what they have portable dna testing machines in minnesota?

Dats just that tv shyt where you gotta suspend all logical thinking sometimes. No difference than a high speed chase in a movie where shyts get damaged yet the cop doesnt get reprimanded. It doesn't make sense but then again i dont think it is supposed to sometimes.
